EVENTS
The word events is a broad term but I tend to go to a lot of different types of events and this category is meant to capture most of them. Ottawa has a LOT of things to do and the really fun stuff is once you get off the beaten path of the top 10 list of Trip Advisor and start going to the smaller and lesser known area/events. Aside from MANY Ottawa Festivals, some great Broadway shows, circus acts, concerts, hockey/football games, there are some different one shot and/or annual events that happen quite frequently in the Ottawa area (e.g. the Puppets Up festival in Almonte) and this is where I will share my experiences (both good and not so good).
