TRAVEL

Travel is a category that covers international and domestic trips to areas where I get to take in the local culture and do things other than just sports. Cities, cottages, water parks and other urban adventures can be found in here.

In terms of international trips, they are like character growth tonics for me. Misconceptions and preconceived notions are usually washed away and I get to meet interesting people. No better way to learn about events/places/people that being in the location where they occurred/existed/lived.

Perhaps I’m being naive, but I still personally believe that if more people were forced to travel internationally and spent time with local people, there wouldn’t be as many problems in the world.
